ESP Extended Support Program - after first season of use
The ESP program is designed
to provide our customers with continued technical support and benefits to insure smooth operation of their water testing system after
the first year.
The 2010 ESP program includes: 1. Technical phone support
for one calendar year (Jan 1st – Dec 31st) 2.
Remote PC Live Support via Internet
This new support feature allows Home Port to remotely run your Wave
Xpress program for fast diagnosis and resolution of any issues related to the Wave Xpress operation. (Internet access must
be available on water testing computer)
3.
Software updates
ESP subscribers will be entitled to download the latest version updates from our web site.
4. Replacement scanner discount - original
Wave Xpress scanner
$225.00, with trade in of old scanner, plus freight.
5. Scanner Tune-UP - original Wave Xpress scanner
ESP subscribers
will receive one free scanner tune-up for each subscription. (Tune-up includes complete cleaning, lubrication, minor repairs,
re-calibration and latest software update. Standard UPS ground on returns) Scanner must be received by Feb 28th, to
insure return delivery within 10 days.

Computer issues arising
from re-installation of The Wave scanner and/or Pool Watch software on new computers, hard drive replacements or
crashes.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING YOUR WAVE XPRESS SCANNER - REMOVE SCANNER FROM WHITE PLASTIC HOUSING!!!
- Wrap scanner in 2 –3 inches of plastic bubble wrap. It is very important to safeguard
the scanner during shipment. Make sure the scanner is packed in a large enough carton to protect it from damage. UPS recommends
a minimum of 2 inches of packing material around all 6 sides. UPS will refuse damage claims if packaging is nott sufficient
